By car from the Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Peretola:
- Follow signs for Vialle di Circonvallazione / Piazza Michelangelo for about 10 kilometres.
- Before crossing the bridge at the Arno River, the hotel can be found on the left-hand side.

You can catch a bus from the airport.

By Taxi:
A taxi from the airport takes about 25 minutes.

From Santa Maria Novella train station:
- Take bus number 14 from outside the station and get off at the stop which is 100 metres from the hotel (15 minutes).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 8 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
