Locanda dei Baroni is a welcoming old inn dating back to 1100. It is set right in the middle of the Casentino Forest National Park and opposite the Camaldoli Monastery. Once inhabited by monks, this historic residence has been run by the Baroni family since 1860. Expect traditional hospitality, friendly service and a truly peaceful atmosphere. Overlooking the Camaldoli Forest, all rooms are decorated in a traditional Tuscan style including antique furniture, original ceilings and wood floors. To keep the atmosphere simple and relaxing, the hotel does not provide a telephone or a TV in rooms. Locanda dei Baroni also has its own gardens, a bar and a restaurant-pizzeria with terrace.
