Salvadonica

This stone-wall guesthouse is set on a hill in the rural hamlet of Salvadonica. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, it offers accommodation with Tuscan-style furnishings and private bathroom. Rooms and apartments are uniquely decorated. They can have different rustic features, such as wrought-iron beds, frescoed walls, and brick or wood-beamed ceilings. The Salvadonica includes a wine cellar where wine is produced, bottled and aged. Part of the cellar is carved in tuff. The large garden encircles the swimming pool and overlooks the Tuscan countryside. Breakfast is served in a room that was once a stable. The buffet includes fresh cakes, jams, cold cuts and cheese. Upon request, a Kosher breakfast is also available. The guest house is 30 km from Florence and a 50-minute drive from Siena.
