Room Information
Palazzo Mannaioni has 27 rooms, 5 of which are Junior Suites on 2 levels and 2 new Suites. Each room has completely restored furniture and has been fully-equipped with all comforts.

Each room has maintained the character of a private residence; the furnishings are characteristically Tuscan, with wood furniture which has been carefully selected. Many rooms have exposed beams and traditional Tuscan flooring with the original terracotta bricks, the rest have distinctive fresco and hard-wood floors.

Some rooms overlook the roofs of Montaione’s historic centre, whilst others are located on top of the ancient communication trenches of the Castle, looking out onto the beautifully landscaped Italian-style garden and swimming-pool.

From the balconies of the junior suites, at sunset on clear evenings, you can admire the profile of the hills in the distance, and the sun which sets in the light blue colours of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Food & Beverage
The well-known restaurant De’ Mannaioni restaurant has been built from the old oil-mill. With an arched roof, illuminated by a unique lighting system, and marvellous red-brick vaults, you can enjoy typical Tuscan recipes, cooked with modern techniques, in an enchanting atmosphere.

During high season the well-known Winery is opened, dug out from the cellar of the Palazzo Mannaioni. Here it is possible to taste excellent wines and organise lunches or reserved dinners.

The restaurant benefits from direct access to the garden and the swimming-pool, where the equipped pool-bar staff prepare exclusive cocktails and quick snacks by the edge of the pool.
